Best dressed at the 2017 Sun Met

The newly revamped Sun Met sponsored by Sun International took place at the Kenilworth Racecourse in Cape Town this past weekend.  Celebs put their best foot forward for this annual fashion extravaganza.  This year's theme was Glamour for Decades.  As per usual, we round up the best:
BET A-list presenter Amanda du Pont looked pretty and ladylike in a pink floral printed Anel Botha gown.
Thando Thabethe channelled 1970s disco in a sequined snakeskin Quiteria & George pantsuit. Shiny girl, uhm we mean - shine.
Dineo Moeketsi also shimmered in a Quiteria &George black lacy gown. Is it us or is Dineo slaying more and more lately? We’re crushing on this look.
Nomzamo Mbatha’s bestie/buddy/we could go on with the friendzone references - Maps Maponyane looked yum as usual in Prada
All hail Jessica! Jess was perfection in this black lacy ensemble by Jacques Lagrange Couture. We loved her fascinator. It added extra detail to this outfit.
Winners of the best dressed couple for the day were Cape Town based Abongwe Qokela in a white flowy gown with touches of yellow and blue Merwe Mode. Her partner, model Anesu Chogugudza looked dapper in chinos, a crisp white shirt, double breasted jacket and a hat. Congrats guys! You did the damn thing.
