All the Fashion from the SA Fashion Week Opening Night

The 2017 SA Fashion Week is up and running in Johannesburg. Attended by the who's who of the entertainment scene, SAFW promises to showcase the best that SA designers have to offer for the 2018 season.

As usual the red carpet was a sight for sore eyes as celebrities and fashion lovers stepped out in their eye-catching gowns, tuxedos and outfit ensembles.

Here are some of our best dressed people for the night.

Model, Blue Mbombo in a power suit by Siya Dube looked all kinds of amazing. In fact this whole looks is goals. From the curls, red lippie, tailored shirt, power suit and shoes.  We love it.  We totally love it when girls borrow from the boys – fashionably of course.

Serving everything - Kelly Khumalo looked elegant in a black velvet gown by South African designer Tovch. The spaghetti heels may be a bit 2010 but she sure pulled off this look well.
Donald represented the men well in a monochrome suit by Palse SA which he paired with a white tee and leather sneakers.  We like this look!
Bontle Modiselle was draped in a mesh black and layered number by JJ Schoeman. We love the mix of floral, net and layers on this dress. It definitely gets a nod from us.
The Major league twins always dress like they are about to meet their worst enemy. Last night they did not disappoint in matching House of Ole printed jackets, black pants and matching black tees.
People Magazine Fashion Editor and designer Suzy Mukendi's palazzo sequined pants and African print top was one of the books. Everything from her make up to her pointy gold heels looked so red carpet fresh.
