Hyde Park was a hive of excitement as some of the most fashionable celebrities in town flocked for the Style Awards this weekend.
The event, which is in their 20th year, is one of the most celebrated occasions on the SA fashion calendar.
We’ve rounded up our favourite looks of the night from some our favourite stars.
At the risk of sounding biased, BET-A List guest host Amanda du-Pont looked smashing. She wore this Anel Botha gold custom sequined dress with a plunging neckline. (Pic by KillaStillz)
Dubbed the ‘Most Stylish Performing Artist in Film and Television’, Nomzamo Mbatha wore a gorgeous white floor length gown by Vanessa Gunden. She paired with black Giuseppe Zanotti heels and iqhiya yesiXhosa (Xhosa doek) by Chriselda Dudumashe. (Pic by Austin Malema).
Riky Rick who walked away with an award for the ‘Most Stylish Performimg Artist in Music’ kept things simple in this green printed shirt and futuristic white glasses. Having been honoured by BET A-List as the ‘Most Stylish Musician,' earlier this year, being acknowledged for his keen dress sense is nothing new for King Kotini.
Musician Leanne Dlamini also went for the sequinend effect in this black strappy sequinned gown with satin panels, also designed by Anel Botha.
Another favourite was Lalla Hirayama in this gold embelished off white tasseled gown by Ryan Keys. Talk about proper red carpet shandis.
