Radio and TV personality Pearl Modiadie has opened up about her wedding plans, revealing that her traditional wedding will take place later this year.
After a romantic proposal in December, Pearl and fiancé Nkululeko have been mum about their big day.
In an interview with TMG Entertainment, Pearl said she fell in love with Nkululeko because he makes her feel comfortable in her own skin.
“After a couple of failed relationships I felt maybe that there wasn’t anyone for me‚” Pearl said. But I’m a hopeless romantic and I’ve always believed in love.”
She divulged that they'll have both traditional and a white wedding‚ with the traditional wedding set to take place before the end of the year.
The 'Zaziwa' talk show host also revealed that they’re currently attending a pre-marriage counselling to prepare themselves for a married life.
“As much as I’m excited for the wedding‚ I am more excited to be married. The wedding only lasts two days‚ the marriage lasts forever. I want to experience all that life has to offer‚ which means both marriage and children. I want to be able to look back at my little family and be filled with joy. Perhaps‚ and hopefully‚ I will one day have a little girl of my own,” Pearl said.
